Side Quest Below the Rim
A small crew of river‑adventurers sets out from a Grand Canyon layover camp on a blistering July morning, chasing rumors of a hidden panel of life‑size blue and green pictographs said to be tucked “way the hell up there” in the Supai. As dehydration creeps in, the promised pictographs remain elusive. A story by Katy Wilcox.
